Each gel capsule is specifically formulated with 20 essential nutrients to prepare your body for pregnancy when taken up to 4-6 weeks before conception. Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 7.7 mg;
Calcium Pantothenate (Vitamin B5) 6.6 mg;
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 2.31 mg;
Mecobalamin (co-methylcobalamin) (Vitamin B12) 2.6 micrograms;
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 85 mg;
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 12.5 micrograms (500 iu);
d-alpha tocopherol (Vitamin E) 12 mg;
Biotin (Vitamin H) 30 micrograms;

Does not contain: Gluten, dairy products, peanut or tree nut products, GMO, artificial colours or flavours. Halal suitable.

Directions for use

Adults: Take 1 gel capsule daily with a main meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Selancy for Women should ideally be taken at least 4-6 weeks prior to conception, during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

Store below 25°C and away from direct heat and sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Contradictions + Cautions

Do not use if blister pack is compromised.

Please note: Always use as directed. Seek medical advice if you have had a baby with neural tube defects such as spina bifida. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. Always read the label and use only as directed. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced and healthy diet.
