Keep skin cool and dry, and wear loose cotton clothing. Powders and soothing lotions may help. Ask a pharmacist if the rash spreads or doesn't settle.
See your doctor if the itch is severe, keeps you awake, lasts more than two weeks or comes with a rash you can't explain.
