Herbs of Gold's Iron Max is a one-a-day iron supplement that is mild on the stomach and helps prevent dietary iron deficiency. It also contains folic acid, vitamins B2 and B12, which help to sustain haemoglobin development and support healthy red blood cell creation, all of which are beneficial to blood health.
Additionally, iron and vitamin B12 aid in the transfer of oxygen throughout the body and to bodily tissues.
