Directions
Adults:
1-2 tablets daily, with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Calcium (as calcium carbonate) 600mg
Magnesium (as magnesium oxide – heavy) 50mg
Zinc (as zinc oxide) 7.5mg
Magnese (as manganese sulfate monohydrate) 1.8mg
Copper (as cupric sulfate pentahydrate) 517μg
Colecalciferol (Vit D 400IU) 10μg
