Directions for use
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily in the morning with food, or as advised by your health professional.
Warnings
- Always read the label and follow the directions for use
- If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional
- Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet
- This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded
- WARNING- Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. Contains Vitamin B6
- If you are taking any medications or have any existing health conditions, always talk to your health professional before use
- If you are taking thyroid medication, do not use this product as replacement therapy
- Not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women
- Take at least two hours away from pharmaceutical medications
