ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER TABLET: Chicken sternum cartilage powder UC-II® ( equiv. total collagen 10 mg) 40 mg, Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 50 mg, Colecalciferol (vitamin D3 400 IU) 10 micrograms.

Adults - Chew (do not swallow whole) 1 tablet once a day.
