Meet the Mobility Team
Admin you can rely on
Louise is our Administration Officer and your point of contact for orders and invoicing, no doubt you will be in contact via email. Louise has a Bachelor of Social Work, a commitment to client wellbeing and has worked in a number of settings using her administration skills.
Occupational Therapy Services
Lisa, our Occupational Therapist is available to ensure complex clients receive the right product, funding information and care. She is also available to assist therapists in product and equipment selection for their clients.
Placing an order with ease
Our aim is to make ordering easy and reliable. At SPP we are a registered NDIS provider and able to serve participants for all self-managed, plan managed and NDIA managed funds. Open disclosure of price and delivery is important to us and we use a quote >> approval >> invoice >> fulfilment process to ensure the best outcome for participants.
We understand that products and equipment need to be provided efficiently and reliably because they enable independence, safety and quality of life. If equipment has been approved by therapist and case manager it can be left with client and we will take care of the invoicing to the registered organisation.
We value to work of allied health in our hospitals and community and aim to assist you in trialling equipment in the client’s home environment. An easy trial form is used to book equipment for trial and then also used so successful equipment can remain with the client and we can invoice appropriately.
