Can I still have invoices paid by my accounts team?
Yes, set your accounts team as the administrator of your account and they will receive the invoice, and select the Purchase Order payment option and we will take care of the rest.
What if I want to request a product that isn’t online?
No worries, just send an email through to our team as usual and they can generate a custom quote.
Can you supply a pro-forma / Tax Invoice for me to send to my accounts team?
Of course, just let us know where to send it when accepting your quote.
My company prefers all orders are placed via email, can I still do this?
Definitely, we can place the order on your behalf through our new system when placed by email.
