Muscle rubs, gels and sprays are applied to the skin for temporary relief of muscle and joint aches. This range includes anti-inflammatory gels, heat rubs, cooling gels, natural arnica creams and magnesium oils.
Some rubs contain medicines that may not suit everyone. Ask a pharmacist before using them with other pain relief, or if you have other health conditions.
Apply to unbroken skin only, wash your hands afterwards and avoid your eyes. Don't use with a heat pack or tight bandage.
