They combine natural Senna alexandrina extract with Aloe, a prebiotic that promotes the growth of “good“ intestinal bacteria to maintain healthy digestive function.
Aloe also relieves constipation, gastrointestinal inflammation and soothes the digestive system.
The tablets are small, and easy to swallow. Just take one before bed, and wake up to relief in the morning.

Directions for Use
Adults Only:
Take 1 tablet with water, once before bed as needed.
Do not exceed 1 tablet at a time or a maximum of 2 tablets per day.
Use in children under 12 years is not recommended.
Do not use if seal on cap is broken, damaged or missing.

Important Information
- This product is suitable for the short-term relief of constipation.
- Long term senna usage may cause laxative dependence and liver damage.
- If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
- When taking laxatives, drink plenty of water and increase fibre in diet.
- Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding – seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product.
- Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems.
