Can mouthwash replace brushing?

No. Mouthwash adds to brushing twice a day and cleaning between your teeth. It doesn't replace them.

Should I use chlorhexidine mouthwash every day?

Chlorhexidine rinses are usually for short-term use. Follow the label or your dentist's advice, as long-term use can stain teeth.
