Each soft gel capsule contains: Magnesium glycinate 416.67 mg equiv. magnesium 50 mg, Magnesium citrate 309.35 mg equiv. to magnesium 50 mg, Total equiv. magnesium 100 mg, Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) herb top ext. dry conc. 18.75 mg equiv. dry 375 mg, Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm) leaf ext. dry conc. 97.5 mg equiv. dry 375 mg, Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm) leaf ext. dry conc. 97.5 mg equiv. dry 975 mg, Glycine 25 mg.
Directions
