It has a 12 cm hole in an off-centre position to suit a variety of neck lengths and sizes. It is also very useful for those recovering from ear surgery, ear injuries and ear piercings.

Our Therapeutic CNH Holey Pillow with its polyester fibrefill prevents Chafe and Pressure Sores
The inner fill around the ear hole is soft polyester fibre to ensure softness even if the ear does come into contact with this part of the pillow. The polyfill can be removed to lower the height of the pillow if required.
Memory foam supports
Memory foam inserts run along either side of the ear hole to provide support for the neck and shoulders while the primary function of protecting the ear is maintained.
Other strategies for managing ear pressure injuries include dressings, repositioning and ear cut-outs (made of foam). Finding a comfortable position for patients in palliative care who have ear pressure injuries can be a challenge. The Holey pillow is designed to help manage ear pressure in conjunction with these other methods.
