- Saffron (Crocus sativus extract 14 mg) from dry stigma 42 mg
- Theanine 100 mg.
Directions + Warnings
Adult Dosage:
One tablet 2 times a day, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Warnings:

- Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating women.
- Not to be taken on the same day with other products containing 2'-fucosyllactose.
