This formula contains Ashwagandha (Sensoril™), and magnesium bisglycinate (Meta Mag®), an exclusive and easily absorbed form of magnesium to assist muscle relaxation during sleep.SleepX is naturally coloured from lutein and zeaxanthin which helps mitigate the effect of blue light exposure on sleep. The ingredient combination helps to establish, restore and reset the sleep-wake cycle. Add one scoop of the great tasting tropical powder to 200mL of water before bed to improve sleeping patterns.

How to Use
Adults: Take 1 scoop (5.7g) in 200mL of water, once daily in the evening, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
