Directions

13 years to adult:

Dissolve 2 tablets in 200 mL fresh water. Drink according to the dosage shown below. Discard unused solution after 2 hours or 24 hours if refrigerated.

Time: Electrolyte Efferverscents Dosage:
Before & After Physical Activity Take 200-400 mL Hydralyte Sports within 2 hours prior to and after activity to establish healthy hydration status
During Physical Activity:

 

  1. Low to Moderate Intensity
  2. High Intensity Activity or Profuse Sweating
  1. Consume 200-400 mL every hour of moderate activity
  2. Consume 400-800 mL every hour of physical activity

– Regulate consumption in response to thirst and other signs of dehydration*. Consume drinking water, in between doses, if required

Maximum Daily Dose: According to Body Weight:
<60kg Take up to 3 x 600 mL doses per day during activity
>60kg Take up to 5x 600 mL doses per day during activity or as directed by your healthcare professional

 

*dry mouth, fatigue, headache, dark yellow urine, muscle cramps
