How to use:
1. Soak your feet and the Heros sponge in warm water (a few minutes will do) or in the shower.
2. Rub the wet sponge against a bar of soap (any soap is fine)
3. Rub the sponge gently but firmly against the rough spots on your feet - Never break the skin.
4. Rinse feet and hands thoroughly after use.
5. Enjoy your smooth feet.
