How to use:
- Soak your feet and the Heros sponge in warm water (a few minutes will do) or in the shower.
- Rub the wet sponge against a bar of soap (any soap is fine)
- Rub the sponge gently but firmly against the rough spots on your feet - Never break the skin.
- Rinse feet and hands thoroughly after use.
- Enjoy your smooth feet.
