Ingredients (per capsule):
- Iron amino acid chelate (Iron diglycinate) 120 mg
- Equiv. elemental Iron 24 mg
- Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 100 mg
- Equiv. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 80 mg
- Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 5.0 mg
- Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 500 microgram
- Levomefolate calcium 216 microgram
- Equiv. Levomefolic acid 200 microgram
Dosage:
Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional.
