Recommended dosage and directions
| Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 capsule daily, with water, or as directed by your health professional. Children under 12 years: Discuss dosage with your health professional. If pain or irritation persists for more than 48 hours consult your doctor. See your doctor immediately if you see blood in your urine. |

| Each capsule contains Vaccinium macrocarpon (Cranberry) juice powder 206mg, equiv. to min. fresh fruit 50g. Standardised to 36mg proanthocyanidins, calculated as procyanidin A2. Vegetarian and vegan friendly product.
