I have entered a coupon code that was emailed to me, however it does not work

You might be seeing an error "The gift certificate or coupon code is invalid" when trying to apply a coupon code at the checkout.

This might be the case for a variety of reasons such as:

- International buyer

- Further discount already applied to the transaction (such as free shipping offer / quantity discount)

- Items which are on sale that cannot be discounted further are in the cart

- Item is not allowed to be discounted due to federal / state funding specifics
