Directions:
Do not exceed stated dose. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 125 mL of water, then drink it. Adults and children 12 years of age and over: Constipation: 1 sachet daily. Increase to 2 or 3 sachets daily if required. Faecal impaction as diagnosed by a doctor: 8 sachets in 6 hours for no longer than 3 days. Children under 12 years of age:Do not use this medicine. Drink plenty of water. Increase fibre into the diet, except in cases of medication-induced constipation. If symptoms persists, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Each 13.71 g sachet contains: Macrogol 3350 13.125 g, Sodium chloride 350.7 mg, Sodium bicarbonate 178.5 mg, Potassium chloride 46.6 mg.
