Active Ingredients. Each tablet contains:

Andrographis paniculata (Andrographis) ext. dry conc. 190.48mg
     From min. dry leaf 2.67g (2670mg)
     Std. to Andrographolide  70mg
Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi) ext. dry conc. 50mg
     From min. dry fruiting body 1g (1000mg)
     Std. to polysaccharides  5mg
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 500mg
Zinc citrate dihydrate 46.73mg
Equiv. to Zinc 15mg

Directions for use:

For general immune health: Adults take 1 tablet a day with food or as directed by your health professional.

For cold & flu: Adults take 1 tablet twice daily with food or as directed by your health professional.
