How to find the right size
Place your foot on a flat surface, bending your knee at a 120° angle. With the help of a measuring tape, measure the circumference of your knee (hold it on the center of your kneecap).
How to care for your product
You can hand or machine wash the Actimove Everyday Supports Knee Support using a gentle wash cycle (at 40°C/105°F) and a mild detergent. Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry, or iron. Lay the product flat when drying and ensure it is completely dry before use. Avoid using laundry additives like fabric softener, brightener, or stain remover.
