Yomogi® contains Saccharomyces cerevisiae (boulardii) HANSEN CBS 5926 / CNCM I-745 and is classed as a probiotic yeast. This particular strain, HANSEN CBS 5926 is used in the majority of clinical and pharmacological studies to support the use of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (boulardii) for the relief and occurence of diarrhoea . Yomogi helps support healthy immune system function and can assist maintaining and supporting beneficial gut flora during antibiotic use. Yomogi® is lyophilized, therefore heat stable (no refrigeration required) and pharmacuetical grade blister sealed packaging makes Yomogi ideal for travelling.
 
Indications

Yomogi helps support healthy immune system function. Yomogi is used for the relief and occurrence of diarrhoea in adults and children and to reduce and relieve diarrhoea after antibiotic use. Yomogi helps reduce the occurrence of travellers' diarrhoea and to relieve those symptoms. During antibiotic use Yomogi assists in supporting and maintaining beneficial gut flora.

Ingredients

The active substance is Saccharomyces cerevisiae (Boulardii) HANSEN CBS 5926 with a minimum 2.5 billion CFU (Colony Forming Units) at batch release. Refer to the Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) for complete list of ingredients

Directions

Adults and children over 2 years of age: 1 capsule 1-2 times daily.
Children 2-6 years of age: open the hard capsule and stir the contents into food or liquid.
Travellers' diarrhoea: 1 capsule 1-2 times daily starting 5 days before depature and continue for the duration of travel.
Antibiotic use: 1 capsule 1-2 times daily

Always read the label and patient information leaflet. Do not use if blister backing is damage or broken. If symptoms persist, talk to your  healthcare professional. Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than: 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in chlidren aged 3 to 6 years or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years. Contains Lactose
