B. breve M-16V: 1.0 Billion CFU, L. delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus Lb-87: 1.0 Billion CFU, Bovine lactoferrin 100 mg, Zinc gluconate (Zinc 5 mg) 38.46 mg, dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E) 11 mg, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 11.25 mg, Biotin 22.5 microgram.
Instructions for use
Adults: take 1 capsule daily to maintain skin health; 2 capsules daily to help reduce occurrence of symptoms of acne; or take as directed by your health professional.
