Directions for Use: 

Slide knee sleeve up and over the knee, centering the kneecap within the compression zone and the tag centered over the knee. The sleeve should be snug but not too tight that it cuts off circulation. Hand wash in warm water using mild soap, rinse thoroughly. Air dry.
