SuperPharmacyPlus is a 100% Independent pharmacy and mobility store. We are locally owned and opperated by pharmacists who are active in the daily running of the business.


Our team of professional staff seek to create solutions for our customers and patients healthcare needs.


We are a diverse team of Pharmacists, Pharmacy assistants and Students, Administrative Staff, Mobility Specialists, Occupational therapists and other allied health assistants. Together we seek to provide holistic care and "empower people to live happier, healthier lives".

Mobility Team

Mobility Customer Service Team Member


As a Mobility Customer Service Representative at SuperPharmacyPlus, you will be the main point of contact for customers and partners seeking mobility solutions. Based within our dynamic Mobility Team, you’ll handle a range of enquiries, provide expert advice on mobility products, and process sales, hire agreements, and equipment trials-all while upholding our reputation for exceptional service.
In this role, you’ll also maintain the showroom’s appearance, manage stock levels, prepare trial equipment, and contribute to team targets and process improvements. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats for the Mobility Department
  • Provide expert advice on mobility products, pricing, and availability
  • Process sales, hire agreements, and equipment trials
  • Maintain showroom appearance and stock presentation
  • Assist with incoming orders and stock replenishment
  • Prepare trial equipment and manage hire systems
  • Resolve customer enquiries and complaints efficiently
  • Contribute to team targets and suggest efficiency improvements

Online Team

eCommerce Customer Service Team Member


As an eCommerce Customer Service Representative at SuperPharmacyPlus, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand supporting our online customers. Based at our Stafford Online Fulfillment Centre, you’ll respond to enquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing accurate information about products, orders, and deliveries while ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
In addition to assisting customers, you’ll work closely with our fulfillment team to process orders and help create engaging website content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a dynamic team environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service every day.

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and chat
  • Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and order tracking
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Assist with order processing and fulfillment
  • Create and update website content following brand guidelines
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Use digital tools such as Groove, Slack, BigCommerce and Ready to Ship

eCommerce Fulfillment Team Member

Pharmacy Team


Pharmacy Students

SuperPharmacyPlus takes pride in its long tradition of training the next generation of Pharmacy Students. We work with a large number of QLD universities including the pharmacy schools from the University of Queensland, Queensland University of Technology and James Cook University to offer pharmacy students of all years placement opportunities and employment pathways.


 We don't just put students on a checkout, but rather help them to put into practice all the skills and clinical knowledge that they are learning under the guidance of our experienced pharmacists.

  • Assist pharmacist with front shop tasks
  • Complete Schedule 2 and Schedule 3 sales (with supervision from pharmacist)
  • Triage and refer customers to appropriate services
  • Assist with presentation of store


Pharmacy Assistants

SuperPharmacy Plus works proactively with the Pharmacy Guild of Australia to help provide staff the opportunity to complete additional training with Pharmacy Assistant Certificates, Providing S2S3 medicines courses and more.


Pharmacy assistants are core to our every-day practice and we like to ensure that they are able to expand their knowledge with in-store and external training.

  • Assist pharmacist with front shop tasks
