Contains added Arnica montana, traditionally used in Homeopathic medicine to:

Ingredients
Each tablet contains:
Heavy magnesium oxide 129.56 mg (equiv. magnesium 75mg), Magnesium phosphate 169.41mg (equiv. magnesium 35mg), Magnesium citrate 161.81mg (equiv. magnesium 25mg), Magnesium glycinate 88.65mg (equiv. magnesium 12.5mg), Magnesium glycerophosphate 113.64mg (equiv. magnesium 12.5mg).
Total Magnesium 160mg.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 tablet with water twice daily after food, or as directed by your health professional.
