Each hard capsule contains: Rhodiola rosea ext. 400mg from 1.6g (min) dry root, contains std. rosavin (of Rhodiola rosea) 12mg and std. salidroside (of Rhodiola rosea) 8mg, Folic acid 100 micrograms, Iron (as Iron (ll) glycinate) 4.5mg, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 200IU) 5 micrograms, Zinc (as Zinc citrate dihydrate) 15mg.
