Directions:

Adults: Take 2 tablets daily with food or as advised by your healthcare professional. Break, cut or crush the tablet, prior to consuming, if you have swallowing concerns.

Ingredients:

Each Film Coated Tablet Contains: Glucosamine hydrochloride 750mg, Bovine Sodium chondroitin sulfate 200mg, equiv. to chondroitin sulfate 190.78mg; Curcuma longa rhizome powder 200mg.

Warnings:

In very rare cases, Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching.

Derived from seafood. Not suitable for those with an allergy to shellfish. Contains crustacea.
