Description
Aquacel Extra Hydrofiber Dressing is for the management of exuding wounds.
The dressing absorbs high amount of wound fluid and bacteria and creates a soft, cohesive gel that conforms to the wound surface, maintains a moist environment and aids in the removal of non-viable tissue from the wound.
Moist wound healing environment and control of wound bacteria supports the body’s healing process and helps reduce the risk of wound infection.
Usage Directions:
Before applying the dressing, cleanse the wound area with an appropriate wound cleanser.
The dressing should overlap 1cm onto the skin surrounding the wound.
Storage:
Store below 30°C in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
Warnings:
- Always read the label & use only as directed. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional. For external use.
- Do not re-use.
- Keep dry.
- Should not be used on individuals who are sensitive to or who have had an allergic reaction to the dressing or its components.
