Directions for use
Shake well before use. Most effective when liberally applied. Directly apply 5-7 sprays on afffected and most importantly surrounding areas (before, during and after everyday and sporting activities). Massage gently until fully absorbed, up to 2 times daily or when needed. Dilute if any stinging or irritation occurs. If symptons persist, talk to your health professional.
