Use Instructions:

• Hydrate and freeze ice packs as directed
• Pull the shin wrap over your shin with the pocket pouch in the back. The lower part of the sleeve will be just above the ankle.
• Slide one or more ice packs into the pocket to cover the desired area. It will be stiff at first, but will fit better to the shin as it thaws a bit.
• Feel free to rotate the sleeve as needed.
