Runner's Remedy Plantar Fasciitis Sleeve provides relief for plantar fasciitis. Designed by medical professionals exclusively for runners, they consist of a compression sock sleeve with an integrated low profile ice pack.

Use Instructions:

• Hydrate and freeze ice packs as directed
• Slide arch wrap over foot so that the arch is isolated. The pocket goes on the bottom with the openiong towards the heel.
• Place folded, frozen ice pack into integrated pocket so it wraps the arch. Fold lower part of wrap up over ice pack then fold the upper part down for increased compression.
• Not designed for use while standing or walking.
