- Includes 1 achilles wrap and 4 reuseable ice packs

Use Instructions:
- Hydrate and freeze ice packs as directed
- Pull the achilles wrap onto foot like a sock, extending from arch to mid-calf. Back pocket should be centered over lower achilles with pocket opening up.
- Slide folded ice pack into pre-formed pocket so half of ice pack is on either side of the achilles.
- Feel free to rotate the sleeve as needed.
