Premular (AUSTL76828) contains a clinically trialled extract (Ze 440) of the herb Vitex agnus-castus, also known as Chaste tree. Adults: 1 tablet per day
For best results take Premular for a minimum of 3 months.
Premular contains a specific extract of the Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste tree), the one that has been used in a number of clinical trials. This extract, referred to as Ze 440, is exclusive to Premular, which means Premular is a Vitex agnus-castus product that has demonstrated significant efficacy in clinical trials, including a double-blind placebo controlled study published in the British Medical Journal.2
One recent publication confirmed that the dose used in Premular is the optimal dose for the relief of PMS symptoms.3
Relief of symptoms: Three published Premular clinical trials suggest significant relief in PMS symptoms for women taking Premular over a 3-month period, and lasting for 3 cycles even after therapy has ceased.2,3
