Directions
Adults: Add 1 scoop (6.6 g) and stir well in 200 mL of water (cold or warm) once daily.
2-4 years - 1/4 dose
5-8 years - 1/3 dose
9-12 years - 1/2 dose
5-8 years - 1/3 dose
9-12 years - 1/2 dose
