How can you manage mild arthritic pain?

Rheumatoid arthritis
Caused by an out of balance immune system that misidentifies cartilage tissue as a foreign body. For this reason, rheumatoid arthritis is classified among autoimmune diseases.

Fibrositis
Caused by an inflammation of fibrous connective tissue layers of the joints, bones, tendons and muscles that typically affects the back and causes stiffness and pain.
