Description

What is SilicolGel?
Silicolgel is an oral gel containing colloidal silicic acid for the treatment of upper gastrointestinal disorders. When taken by itself or with water, Silicol®Gel forms a protective and soothing coating over the lining of the stomach and intestines to prevent and relieve irritation and inflammation caused by common gastrointestinal disorders. It relieves heartburn, reflux and vomiting as well as relieving medically diagnosed IBS symptoms such as nausea, gas, abdominal pain, bowel discomfort and diarrhoea.

How does Silicol ®Gel Work?

  • SilicolGel physically absorbs or binds to most irritants and toxins, rendering them harmless so that they can be removed and passed through the body naturally through the gut.
  • Can also reduce excess acidity and bind to gases which can reduce flatulence and bloating.
  • Also alleviates IBS symptoms in the gastrointestinal tract that may occur due to a change in diet during travel or on holiday

Who can use Silicol ®Gel?
Silicol®gel is suitable for adults and children over 12.
